TOASTED. Clicker Challenge

By participating in the TOASTED. Clicker Challenge (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- No purchase necessary to participate.
- Must be 13 years or older to play. For prize eligibility, players under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
2. How It Works
- Players click the bagel button on our website to increase their individual and community click count.
- Rewards are offered based on reaching specific click milestones.
- TOASTED. reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Game or any rewards at any time without prior notice.
3. Prizes & Redemption
- Rewards (e.g. free coffee, sandwiches, concert raffle entries) are subject to availability and may require account registration with a valid phone number and email address.
- Limit one reward per milestone per person, unless otherwise stated.
- Prize values may not be exchanged for cash.

- Participants who reach 100 clicks with a verified account/email will be entered into the raffle after clicking claim reward.
- TOASTED. is not responsible for canceled or rescheduled events, nor travel costs associated with the event.
- Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours to claim tickets.
5. Anti-Cheating Policy
- Any form of botting, automation, click inflation, or manipulation of game mechanics is strictly prohibited.
- Suspected cheaters may be disqualified from receiving prizes and/or permanently banned from the Game at TOASTED.'s sole discretion.
- All clicks must be human-generated through normal website interaction.
6. Changes to the Game
- TOASTED. reserves the right to modify the rules, milestones, prizes, eligibility, or terminate the Game at any time without liability.
- Any updates will be reflected in this Terms & Conditions page.
7. Limitation of Liability
- TOASTED. is not responsible for technical issues, lost connections, or interruptions that impact participation.
- Participation is at your own risk; TOASTED. disclaims all warranties related to the Game.
8. Privacy
- Data collected (email, phone number, click activity) is used solely for prize verification, marketing, and improving user experience. We do not sell your data.
